INTENT, with the Spirit of Love,(that ye be rooted and grounded in love. Eph. 3:17b) mentor women into wholeness and wellness;
INTENSITY, with the Spirit of Increase, (according to the effectual working in the measure of every part, maketh increase of the body unto the edifying of itself in love. Eph. 4:17b,c) provide educational opportunities for women to excel in their God given callings;
INTEGRITY, with the Spirit of Truth (speak every man truth with his neighbour: for we are members one of another. Eph. 4:25b) provide a sacred and safe place (but in the multitude of counsellors there is safety. Proverbs 11:14) for women to BECOME all that God had intended when He fearfully and wonderfully made them - WOMAN!
OUR SISTAH COVENANT
I will not speak negatively of another sistah or allow a sistah to be spoken negatively of in my presence.
In confidentiality I receive that which is shared with me as a Sacred Trust.
I am not passive when another Sistah is engaged in self-destructive attitudes or behaviors.
I do not obstruct the life of another Sistah, spiritually, emotionally, socially, professionally, or financially.
I heighten every Sistah's sense of beauty by my affirmation of her.
I do not exploit, ridicule, pervert, perjure, or condescend the Gift of another Sistah.
I daily make intercessions for Sistahs in leadership by name, that their visibility does not create undo suffering.
What I bring into the life of another Sistah, by the Spirit of God, will be manifested in my own.
We shall esteem each other in Joy.
We shall intercede for each other in Faith.
We place no material value on the Relationship.
